For the purpose of this discussion, I am focusing on definite number 2a. “Sympathy or indulgence for beliefs or practices differing from or conflicting with one’s own.”

I read this sentence a few times. And I have to admit, I get it. I understand why Christians who uphold the standard of Biblical truth are decried, lambasted, ridiculed or worse. However, if those people would take the time to speak with the people that they are attacking, they would find that it is behavior we are questioning. The lifestyle, but not the person.

But this is not the issue. The true irony is that when the liberal world attacks the intolerant Conservative world, they are exemplifying the action that they are decrying.

Such double standards are rampant in the current administration, so I have much to write about in the future.
